The 4300 class totalled 342 locos built between 1911 & 1932 with many design differences incorporated over time; this Dapol model represents those built between 1920 and 1922. Variations in the design are incorporated into the model as appropriate for the following: buffer shanks, with or without outside smokebox steam pipes, vacuum pipe, safety valve cover, smokebox door lamp bracket position, smokebox number plate.
